Pioneers of Inclusion

Pioneers of inclusion in luxury hospitality and travel, our philosophy is enshrined in what we have defined as ‘Conscious Guest Inclusivity’.

A paradigm shift of thinking and actions that goes well beyond the narrow focus on built-environment accessibility – the ‘accessible room’, which too often, is seen as the only measure of a hotels capacity to accommodate guests with disabilities.

In contrast Conscious Guest Inclusivity identifies ‘facility’ – the built and physical environment, as only one facet of genuinely inclusive provision. The major influence on the guest experience being awareness, sensitivity, service and personalisation from those that serve you during your stay – every member of a hotels committed and inclusivity-confident workforce.
